Youth Basketball
Junior Basketball League

Ages: 8-14 years

Schedule: Saturdays, 10am-12pm

Duration: 12 weeks (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Sep-Nov)

Price: $285/season

We split kids by skill level so nobody feels left out. Coaches actually played the game and know how to make it fun while teaching fundamentals.

Youth Volleyball
Youth Volleyball Program

Ages: 10-16 years

Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays, 4pm-6pm

Duration: 10 weeks per session

Price: $320/session

Two practices a week means kids actually get better. We focus on teamwork and technique - the wins usually follow once they've got those down.

Youth Badminton
Badminton Academy (Youth)

Ages: 7-15 years

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5pm-6:30pm

Duration: 8 weeks per session

Price: $240/session

Great sport for hand-eye coordination. Classes are small so each kid gets proper attention. Equipment included if they're just starting out.

Multi-Sport Program
Multi-Sport Development

Ages: 5-9 years

Schedule: Saturdays, 1pm-2:30pm

Duration: 10 weeks per session

Price: $195/session

Perfect for younger kids who aren't sure what they like yet. We rotate through different sports every few weeks - keeps things interesting.

Adult Basketball
Men's Basketball League

Ages: 19+ years

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday evenings, 7pm-10pm

Duration: 14-week season

Price: $450/team (8 players max)

Competitive but not crazy intense. We've got A and B divisions so you're playing against teams at your level. Playoffs included.

Volleyball League
Co-Ed Volleyball League

Ages: 18+ years

Schedule: Thursdays, 6pm-10pm

Duration: 12-week season

Price: $380/team (6 players)

Social atmosphere, decent competition. Teams need at least 2 women on court. Good way to meet people and get some exercise.

Badminton Drop-In
Adult Badminton Drop-In

Ages: 16+ years

Schedule: Tuesdays & Sundays, 7am-10am

Duration: Ongoing (pay per session)

Price: $12/session or $100/10-pass

Just show up and play. We'll match you with others at your skill level. Courts and shuttlecocks provided, bring your own racket.

Corporate League
Corporate Sports League

Ages: 19+ years

Schedule: Fridays, 5pm-8pm (rotating sports)

Duration: 10-week season

Price: $550/team

Office teams competing in basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball. Less awkward than trust falls, more fun than happy hour.

Boot Camp
Athletic Boot Camp

Ages: 16+ years

Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri, 6am-7am or 6pm-7pm

Duration: Drop-in or monthly unlimited

Price: $18/class or $140/month unlimited

High-intensity workouts that'll actually challenge you. Mix of cardio, strength, and agility work. Expect to sweat - a lot.

Yoga Class
Athlete Yoga & Flexibility

Ages: All ages welcome

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:30am-8:30am

Duration: Drop-in ongoing

Price: $15/class or $120/10-class pass

Not your typical yoga - this is geared toward athletes and active folks. Focus on mobility, injury prevention, and recovery.

Personal Training
Personal Training Sessions

Ages: 14+ years

Schedule: Flexible - book by appointment

Duration: 60-minute sessions

Price: $75/session or $650/10-pack

One-on-one work with certified trainers who know their stuff. They'll design programs based on your actual goals, not some cookie-cutter plan.

Strength Training
Strength & Conditioning

Ages: 16+ years

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm

Duration: 8-week programs

Price: $200/8-week session

Small group training focused on building real strength. Olympic lifts, functional movements, and programming that actually makes sense.

Senior Fitness
Active Seniors Program

Ages: 55+ years

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 10am-11am

Duration: Ongoing drop-in

Price: $10/class or $80/month unlimited

Low-impact exercises focusing on balance, mobility, and staying active. Friendly atmosphere, everyone goes at their own pace.

Basketball Camp
Elite Basketball Camp

Ages: 9-15 years

Schedule: July 7-11 & Aug 4-8 (9am-3pm daily)

Duration: 5-day intensive camps

Price: $375/week

Full-day skills development with local college-level coaches. Drills, scrimmages, and game situations. Kids leave tired but way better than when they arrived.

Multi-Sport Camp
All-Star Multi-Sport Camp

Ages: 6-12 years
